* Doubles Format.
* Pairs formed via a random draw with top half and bottom half players split by handicap. 1 top half and 1 bottom half player paired together.
* Stroke play - Pairs handicap decided by adding both players handicap together then halving it.
* Both players required to tee off.
* Players then pick the "best ball" and both then play their next shot from that position.
* Winning team is the pair with the lowest stroke score minus their handicap at the end.
* This format does not count towards handicap rankings.
* Singles Strokeplay.
* Stableford Handicap Scoring applies.
* Player allowed to "pick up" if they can no longer score points on a hole.
* "Gimme" puts allowed at players discretion. (will be removed if abused).
* To avoid slow play, as per official rules, 3 minutes allowed to search for any ball. If not found within 3 minutes of searching then ball is declared lost and player must take a penalty drop.
* Winning player drops 2 handicap points.
* Any scorers >30 stableford will drop 1 handicap point.
* 3 consecutive scores of <30 will gain a handicap point back.
* Our Knockout comp will run in tandem with the singles events.
* Separate random draw pairing players against each other in an "FA CUP" style format.
* Drawn players will play against each other in the same group.
* Highest stableford scorer at the end between the two players advances to next round.
* Tournament continues alongside the singles events until there is an eventual winner.
* Each outing will have two Par 3 holes designated as "nearest the pin".
* Nearest the Pin holes to be decided by the captain (or vice captain) on the day of game.
* Nearest pin consists of Shot one placing on the green, closest to the pin wins.
* Minor prize for each nearest pin winner to be given at the end of each outing.
* Extra prize awarded on presentation night for player with most nearest the pins over the course of the season.
